I am a firm believer in the laws of Karma. Being born in a Brahmin–Pandit family who have their roots in Lahore (present day Pakistan). My grandparents have instilled some firm beliefs of hinduism that I fully agree upon.

Compassion

One is the practice of laws of Karma.

It is a beliefs of hinduism or now, more than a belief. A strong identity which focuses upon Vegan diet. A thought process of not harming or disrupting the Animal world at all costs. This firm beliefs of hinduism directs me to the path of consuming everything and anything. One that has no connection to harming the Animals.

Mindfulness

Planning and preparing plant-based recipes can encourage mindfulness. Individuals become more aware of their food choices. And how they impact their bodies, the environment, and the spiritual connection.

Connection to nature

Eating a plant-based diet can deepen one’s connection to nature. As it emphasizes the consumption of foods that come directly from the earth’s roots.

The benefits of a plant-based lifestyle go far beyond individual health advantages. Offering a profound connection to the world around us. And reflecting the age-old adage,

The phrase suggests that the food you consume plays a significant role in shaping your overall health and well-being. It implies that the quality of your diet directly influences your physical and even emotional state.
